2. The Retreat
Soulful Bohol organises a 5-day wellness retreat in Bohol, Philippines. Retreat dates, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation applies to you.
3. Booking & Reservation Process
Submitting the reservation form is a request only — it does not guarantee your place. A booking is confirmed only once our team has contacted you to confirm availability.

6. Guest Responsibilities & Assumption of Risk
The retreat includes outdoor and water-based activities — including walking on uneven terrain, swimming at waterfalls, and boat travel for island hopping. By booking, you confirm that you are reasonably fit to participate and agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or mobility limitations to our team before the retreat begins.
You acknowledge that outdoor and water activities carry inherent risks, and that Soulful Bohol, its hosts, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings before travelling.
8. Photography & Media
Soulful Bohol may photograph or film guests during the retreat for use in marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins: [opt-out process — TBC].
9. Limitation of Liability
Soulful Bohol is not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of independent third parties — including accommodation providers, airlines, transport operators, and activity venues — that are outside our direct control.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil unrest. Where possible, we will offer an alternative itinerary or reasonable resolution.
