Soulful Bohol — Where Nature Heals

A 5-day immersive wellness retreat in the heart of Bohol. Farm tours. Island escapes. Organic food. Real rest.

This is not a holiday. It's a reset.

Step away from the noise and reconnect.

Soulful Bohol is a curated 5-day retreat designed for those ready to step away from the noise and reconnect — with nature, with nourishing food, and with themselves.

Set in one of the Philippines' most naturally beautiful islands, each day moves slowly and intentionally. You'll explore organic farms, drift down jungle rivers, swim in waterfalls, and eat meals grown close to where you stand.

No itinerary overload. No corporate wellness. Just Bohol, done right.

5 Days in Bohol

Immersive & Nourishing

Daily lunch and dinner included. Farm-fresh, organic, locally sourced. Your body will notice the difference.

Guided the Whole Way

Transportation between all locations included. Trip planning support included. You just show up.

The Experience

Five days. Five worlds.

Each day is built around a different face of Bohol — its farms, its rivers, its forests, its coast, and its culture.

Bohol Bee Farm overlooking the sea

Day 1

Farm & Flavour

The Farmacy Farm Tour · Bohol Bee Farm

Your retreat begins with two of Bohol's most beloved organic properties. The Farmacy is one of the island's pioneering wellness farms — you'll walk the land, learn how it works, and see organic growing in practice. The afternoon takes you to the iconic Bohol Bee Farm, where the food is as famous as the view.

Traditional raft boat on the jungle-green Loboc River

Day 2

Countryside & River

Countryside Tour · Loboc River Cruise

A morning winding through Bohol's back roads — rolling hills, quiet villages, and the rhythm of rural island life. The afternoon moves to water: a river cruise along the Loboc River, flanked by dense jungle canopy on both sides. Calm, unhurried, and genuinely beautiful.

Kawasan Falls cascading into clear pools

Day 3

Falls, Forest & Farm

Balilihan Farm Tour · Kawasan Falls · Mana Forest

The most layered day of the retreat. Start at a working farm in Balilihan, then make your way to Kawasan Falls for a swim in clear, cool water. The afternoon brings you into Mana Forest — quiet, still, and a long way from wherever you came from. This is the day most guests remember longest.

Island hopping across Bohol's clear waters

Day 4

The Sea

Island Hopping Day Tour · Hennan Cocktails & Dinner

A full day on the water. Bohol's surrounding islands are exactly what you'd hope — clear water, white sand, and no crowds. The evening closes with cocktails and dinner at Hennan, a proper reward after a day well spent.

Local Bohol market

Day 5

City, Cacao & a Rooftop

City Tour · Cacao Farm Tour · Monkey Bar at BE Grand

A morning exploring Tagbilaran city, then out to a working cacao farm to see where Bohol's chocolate actually comes from. The retreat closes at the Monkey Bar at BE Grand — a rooftop evening with views across the island. A fitting send-off.

The Chocolate Hills of Bohol

Why Bohol

It grew here. It wasn't dropped here.

Bohol is one of the Philippines' most quietly remarkable islands. It isn't the loudest or the most touristed — which is exactly the point.

Organic farms that have produced for decades. Rivers flanked by rainforest. Waterfalls hidden inland. A coastline that doesn't feel like a postcard. And a food culture built on what grows here.

It's also home to the team behind Soulful Bohol — people who were born here, built businesses here, and know every road, farm, and chef worth knowing.

About the Hosts

Your hosts in Bohol

We didn't bring wellness to Bohol. Bohol already had it. This retreat was built by people who live here, eat here, and know this island the way most visitors never get to.

Sharlene

Co-Founder

Sharlene carries both worlds. Half Australian, half Boholana, she understands what it means to leave somewhere busy and arrive somewhere that asks nothing of you. Her passion for wellness, clean living, and organic food shaped the philosophy behind Soulful Bohol. She handles bookings, guest care, and the pre-retreat support that makes the difference between a smooth trip and a stressful one.
